What We Do - Niamh Bio

Round here, things are run by Niamh Brennan – a wedding music guru to say the least. Niamh has over a decade of experience of working in the Irish wedding music biz and at the helm of Music Angel, starting with The Best Men in 2005.

‘’I’ve always had a huge and unadulterated interest in weddings and combined with my love of music and my drive to work in business [Niamh has a Bachelor’s in Business Development from TCD], everything made sense when I signed my first band.’’

And she hasn’t looked back since.

Over the last 10 years, Niamh has paired up more happy couples with their dream wedding bands than you have had hot cups of tea. And that’s what she finds ultimately so rewarding – making someone’s special day that bit more magical.

What We Do - Jo Bio

Jo works alongside Niamh as our resident organizational wizard and operations queen.

On an average day, you’ll find Jo in the office co-ordinating bookings, on the phone chatting with our couples and musicians and generally making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible on the big day.

Jo has years of experience in the wedding entertainment industry – there’s no logistical feat our multi-tasking operations queen can’t sort out – that’s a fact.

Originally from Essex, Jo is now proud to call Ireland her home. When she’s not in wedding event organizer mode, Jo loves a bit of travelling and discovering new places with her family.

Fun fact:

Niamh’s favourite wedding song is ‘A Thousand Years’ by Christina Perri and David Hodge.
“Such a stunning song, especially the way Margot (our female vocalist sings it). I guarantee you there wouldn’t be a dry eye in the house after her performance of this beautiful song!”.

Fun fact:

Jo’s favourite wedding song is ‘Galileo’ by Declan O’Rourke.
“I’ve always loved this song. It’s so romantic and light, how could you not like it?…P.S. The Kooky Ukes do an amazing version of this song for a ceremony!”.
