Why we started our mission to offer musical entertainment for civil ceremonies.

When it comes to loving all kinds of weddings, Music Angel gets the gold every time. Think of a long-haired hippy with sunflowers in her hair, sitting cross-legged in a meadow, happily making musical daisy chains for couples as they walk towards their big day. That’s us. We love all kinds of people, we can’t help it. And we know that all kinds of people love each other.

Whilst helping Irish couples book amazing music for their wedding receptions over at our sister site Music Angel, we noticed that more and more of our couples were opting for civil ceremonies.

Therein lay the problem. Our couples told us time and time again that when they started researching musical entertainment for their civil ceremonies, there just weren’t enough options out there.

That’s when we had a lightbulb moment.

We want to help people celebrate their love and commitment for each other effortlessly, be it in a civil ceremony, a church, outside as the sun shines or in an enchanted forest.
So we began our sister group “Civil Ceremonies with MusicAngel” to ensure all couples get a range of ceremony options, with the same value for moolah, choice and standard of musicianship.

And so Civil Ceremonies with MusicAngel was born.
