Described as ‘Ireland’s quirkiest, hippest and happiest wedding band’, The Kooky Ukes provide a truly original alternative to the more traditional civil ceremony musical options. Our happy-go-lucky trio consists of Jonathan, Colin and Danny – all three play the ukulele and provide vocals.
If you can think of anything more fun than a trio of amazing musicians, reinventing pop gems and cool classic hits whilst guests of all ages sing along, then we’d like to hear it. We gladly accept the challenge.
Our charming trio are perfect for alternative weddings as well as mainstream events. No matter what style your civil ceremony is, you can be sure that these guys will get the party started in just the right way!

We LOVE FUN
We even made the news recently! Three of us were captured entertaining Ryanair folk with ukuleles on a flight from Barca to Dublin on the way back from a wedding in sunny Spain.The video soon went viral with over 200,000 views, this feature on Ireland AM and tons of happy faces on a dismal Tuesday morning.
